Terms of Use

Beam is distributed on the Apple App Store. Unless we provide a separate custom license agreement for a specific release, your use of the Beam application is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA").

The Standard EULA is provided by Apple and applies between you and the application provider (Beam / Brian Ruiz), subject to Apple's App Store terms. You can review the current Standard EULA here: Apple Standard EULA.

Subscriptions

Beam Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies.
