Built for how you actually work on mobile.
I kept opening my phone to capture a task and wishing the app felt faster, native, and actually mine. So I started building Beam.
About Beam
Still reaching for your laptop? I was. Most productivity apps and tools I used to manage my projects, rich notes, and tasks were not the best experience on mobile. They clearly had been designed for desktop first. And that lack of parity quickly became a frustration as my projects grew.
Beam goes the other way first to minimize friction. It starts with smaller screens, from the ground up. And, going native is where it clicks. The animations, the gestures, a UI that doesn't get in your way. All of that adds up to working fast. That's where the name Beam comes from.
Also as someone who really values privacy and thinks it's an important aspect in our data-rich world, I thought, how can I build this with privacy at the top of the pyramid? The data is always truly yours and not passing through some black boxes that can sell your data for ads.
If that resonates, I'd love to have you along for the launch!

Phone first, with a full desktop app when you need more room. Native on mobile, not desktop squeezed onto a smaller screen.
Privacy at the top. Your data stays on device and in your iCloud. Works offline, no Beam login, no selling your data for ads.
Native animations and gestures you're familiar with, built to work fast, and a UI that doesn't get in your way.
